Order Acceptance -
Many products may have a limited availability due to mintage limitations, limited quantities, specific ordering periods, etc. Orders are not valid until accepted by Centerville Coin & Jewelry Connection. We reserve the right to limit quantities, and discontinue accepting orders at any time without advanced notice. In the event a particular product is sold out, then we reserve the right to either process partial orders and make refunds, or reject your entire order and refund your payment in full. Centerville Coin & Jewelry Connection accepts orders only under the terms and conditions published here. In the rare instance we do not have an item in stock, it will be indicated on the receipt.
Returns and Exchanges -
You may cancel your order prior to shipment by calling (937) 436-3003. If for any reason within 10 days of receiving your product you are dissatisfied with your purchase, return the entire product for replacement or refund less any delivery fees incurred. We can refund the purchase price exclusive of delivery charges, auction fees, and credit card fees, if any, OR issue you a full merchandise credit good toward future purchases. Credit card orders are subject to an 8% restocking fee. We suggest that you insure your return because we cannot be responsible for item(s) until they arrive at our store. We do not take returns on engraved items, coin jewelry (mounted in bezels) or bullion. These items will be purchased back at fair market value. Mag-Nif Coin Sorters/Counters may only be exchanged for another sorter/counter within 10 days of receipt.

Damage Claims -
If the package and its contents appear damaged, immediately contact our order department to file a claim. Keep ALL cartons and packing material. Do not return the package to us without contacting us. You may lose your right to file a claim.
Delivery -
Unless requested, orders will be shipped via Economy. Economy delivery will be shipped the most economical way possible which can result in a longer transit time. We reserve the right to choose which carrier will transport your package if you choose economy shipping. All shipping rates are based on packages under five pounds. Please be aware that any order over $300, or those orders not being shipped to the billing address may require a signature. The carrier will leave a notice if a signature cannot be obtained. Please note delivery does NOT include our processing time. During peak shopping holidays we may need additional time to process your order. We will be notify you by email, per usual, the evening your order is shipped.

Shipping Options
Priority Shipping -
Generally if you choose USPS Priority shipping can expect delivery within 2 to 3 days after we process your order. A tracking number will be emailed at the time of shipping and detailed tracking information will be available.
USPS Ground Shipping -
Generally if you choose USPS shipping can expect delivery within 4 days after we process your order. A tracking number will be emailed at the time of shipping and detailed tracking information will be available.
Economy Shipping -
Economy shipping is for those who do not have a particular date that the order is needed. We offer this rate so that we can choose the most economical carrier.
