To ensure inbox delivery of our messages, you can add our address to your Address Book or Safe Senders List. New e-mail filters have been developed to help protect you from the annoyances of unwanted SPAM. Unfortunately, your CCJC newsletter might accidentally get blocked as well.

Instructions for Outlook 2000/XP Users:

1. Go to "Tools" in your menu bar (within Outlook).
2. Click the "Rules Wizard" and then click "Exception List"
3. Add our e-mail address to the list so it won't be blocked out by SPAM e-mail filters by typing in this address: Centerville_Coin__Jewelry@mail.vresp.com


Instructions for Outlook 2003 Users:

1. Go to "Actions" in your menu bar (within Outlook)
2. Select "Junk E-Mail Options"
3. Click on "Safe Senders List" and "Add" the Money Guide e-mail address: Centerville_Coin__Jewelry@mail.vresp.com


Instructions for Hotmail Users:

1. Go to your "Junk Mail Folder". Open your CCJC e-mail and click on "This is not Junk"
2. You can either identify CCJC as part of a "Mailing List" you belong to or "Add to Safe List".
3. Another option is to select "Save Address" in the top navigation bar.
4. You can also go to the "Main Options" page and click on "Junk Email Protection" then select "Safe List" or "Mailing List"


Instructions for Yahoo and Yahoo Mail Plus Users:

1. Go to your "Bulk Mail Folder" (within Yahoo Mail)
2. Open your CCJC e-mail and click on "Not Spam"
3. You can also put CCJC in your address book by clicking on "Add to Address Book" when the e-mail is open.

Instructions for MSN 8 Users:

1. Go to your "Mailbox". Click on "Email Settings" on the left navigation bar and select "Junk Mail"
2. Here you can add CCJC to your "Safe List"
3. Type in the CCJC address and then click "Save Changes": Centerville_Coin__Jewelry@mail.vresp.com


Instructions for AOL 9 Users:

1. Go to your "New" inbox (within AOL).
2. Click on the "Manage Mail" tab or the "Spam Folder"
3. Open the CCJC e-mail and click "This is not SPAM". The CCJC e-mail will be moved into your "New" inbox.
4. You can disable the blocking of images and links. Go to "Mail Options" then "Set Mail Preferences" and then remove the checkmark for the last option under the "General" tab.

Instructions for AOL Anywhere Users:

1. Go to your "New" inbox (within AOL)
2. Open the CCJC e-mail and click "This is not SPAM"
3. Click on the "Add Address" icon to add the CCJC address: Centerville_Coin__Jewelry@mail.vresp.com

4. If you have "Customize Mail Controls" set up, you can "Add" CCJC's e-mail address so it will go into your "Inbox" instead of your "Spam Folder"
